עם כמה עשרות פתקים, גלילה ב־list מפסיקה לעבוד: צריך לחפש.

המירו את שני הצדדים לאותיות קטנות לפני ההשוואה, כך ש־Milk, milk ו־MILK יתאימו כולם, ואז בדקו באמצעות includes. עברו בלולאה על הרשימה המלאה ושמרו כל אינדקס, כדי שהתאמה תציג את אותו מספר כמו ב־list, המספר ש־done ו־remind מצפים לו.

קל

search <word> מדפיס כל הערה שמכילה את המילה, ללא תלות באותיות גדולות או קטנות, וממספר אותן כמו ב־list.
כשאין התאמות, הוא מדפיס No notes match <word>.

הריצו node notes.js search milk, אחר כך search MILK, ואז מילה שמעולם לא כתבתם.
