Frequently asked questions

What questions are asked in a coding interview?
Most rounds mix questions on the language from your resume, fundamentals (data structures, SQL, OOP or DBMS for campus roles) and one or two problems you code live. Experienced rounds add design questions and ask why you chose something.
How do I prepare for a technical interview in two weeks?
Week one: the questions for your main language plus SQL basics, answered out loud. Week two: one or two coding problems a day by pattern (hashing, two pointers, sliding window, trees), then a timed mock round.
How should freshers use these pages?
Start with the freshers section of your main language and of SQL, answer each question out loud before reading, and try the output questions. Placement drives usually add an aptitude test and a coding round, so add the easy problems on the judge.
Is the code on these pages checked?
The runnable examples were run before publishing on the language versions each page names, and every output-quiz answer is what its program printed. Static snippets (fragments, and features the runner does not support) were reviewed, not run.
