- 发送 GET 请求到：
https://wttr.in/London?format=j1（?format=j1部分会告诉服务返回 JSON） - 将
requests.get()对象保存到名为response的变量中 - 使用
response.json()解析响应，并将结果保存到名为data的变量中 - 当前天气状况位于
data["current_condition"][0]中。提取温度（temp_C）和天气描述（weatherDesc[0]["value"]），然后将两者都打印出来
