全字母句

编写一个函数 get_pangram，接收一个字符串，并检查它是否为全字母句。（假设传入的字符串不包含任何标点符号。）

• a1：字符串

注意：全字母句是包含字母表中每个字母的句子。

示例：The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

并输出 print ''It is a Pangram''，否则输出 "It is not a Pangram"

示例：

输入 -  abcdefgxyz

预期输出 -  It is not a Pangram
