项目需要一个地方来说明它叫什么、使用哪个版本，以及如何运行它。

这个地方就是 package.json。"type": "module" 会告诉 Node，你的 .js 文件是 ES 模块。没有它时，Node 24 会根据 import 行进行猜测，这就是为什么你的文件到现在为止都能正常运行。scripts 用来为 npm run 命名命令，dependencies 则列出 npm install express 会下载到 node_modules 中的包。程序可以导入这个文件本身：

with { type: 'json' } 会告诉 Node，这个文件是数据，而不是代码。没有它，Node 会拒绝导入。

version 命令会打印 notes 1.2.0：从 package.json 中读取的 name 和 version。

运行 node notes.js version。然后将 package.json 中的版本设置为 1.3.0，再运行一次。
