צור פונקציה בשם calculate_average_grade שמקבלת ארגומנט אחד: name (מחרוזת). הפונקציה צריכה:

לבדוק אם שם התלמיד קיים במילון student_records.
- אם הוא לא קיים, להדפיס "Student '<name>' not found." ולהחזיר None.
אם השם קיים, לחשב את הממוצע של הציונים בקבוצת ה-grades של התלמיד.
- אם קבוצת ה-grades ריקה, להחזיר 0.
- אחרת, לחשב ולהחזיר את ממוצע הציונים כמספר עשרוני.
