Recap: King and Pawn

Everything from this chapter, mixed together. Three positions to read; the drills below ask about all of them. First, a king standing right in front of an enemy pawn:
The white king on d3, the black pawn directly ahead on d4.
Second, a white pawn with company: an enemy pawn on one diagonal and an enemy rook straight ahead:
The white pawn on e4 faces a rook on e5 and a black pawn on d5.
Third, a pawn that has not moved yet:
Fresh from its home square c2, this pawn still owns its double step.
