Join our marketing team to find the growth ideas nobody else is trying. You'll run real budgets and campaigns, but the job is the unconventional stuff: experiments, stunts, and new channels that move Coddy faster than paid ads ever could.
We're looking for an engineer who thinks like a founder: someone who has shipped production products end to end, ideally ones real people paid for. You'll own whole product areas at Coddy, from idea to code to the metrics they move.
Take ownership of Coddy's fast-growing B2B side: schools, teachers, and companies. Close deals yourself, sharpen pricing and process, and scale what's already working into a real line of business.
Manage your own portfolio of creators on our influencer team: reach out, negotiate, close deals, keep campaigns on track, and turn one-off collabs into long-term partners. Part sales, part account management.
Take over Coddy's TikTok end to end: ideas, content, posting, trends, community. A part-time role for someone who truly gets the platform and is measured on views, engagement, and growth.
