Obsłuż opcję obliczania łącznych wydatków i ich średniej (3).

Jeśli lista wydatków jest pusta, wyświetl:

No expenses recorded yet.

W przeciwnym razie wyświetl listę w następującym formacie:

Total expense: 600.0
Average expense: 200.0

Załóżmy, że wcześniej wprowadzono wydatki: 300, 200 i 100. (W tej kolejności!)
