Another admin account alarm tonight. The logs show an outside sign-in, an account with no approval record and a forwarding rule. Find the attacker’s address, stop those sessions, remove their account and mail rule, and replace the affected employee's password before more data leaves.
My message identifies a home worker and invoice blocked by mistake. Restore those items. Keep the earlier affected accounts disabled, our approved backup service working, ordinary sorting rules, all four password protections and the real IT account.
