Teachers plans allow for centralized billing, member management, and access to all PRO features for every member. It's the perfect way to level up your class's coding skills together.

Yes. A seat is a slot, not a licence tied to one student, so you pay for the highest number of people using Coddy at the same time, not your total for the year: 5 sections of 30 students taught 6 times a year is 150 seats, not 900. To turn a seat over, remove the student on the Users page in your dashboard. Removing them from a class does not free the seat, only removing them from Users does. They keep their Coddy account and all of their progress and go back to the free plan, and a seat can be reassigned as many times as you need.

Yes. Everyone on your roster takes a seat, including you and any co-teachers or instructors you add, so pick a seat count that covers your students plus your teaching team. 150 students taught by 5 teachers is 155 seats.

Invite and remove members on the Users page of your dashboard at any time, up to your seat count. Pending invitations hold a seat until they are accepted, so remove the ones you no longer need. To change the number of seats you pay for, open your dashboard settings, Billing and seats, and use Change plan: we show you the prorated amount before you confirm. Seats cannot go below the number of students currently enrolled, so remove them first. One-time purchases and plans above 300 seats are changed by our sales team.

For more than 300 seats we prepare a custom quote with volume pricing, invoicing or a purchase order if your school needs one, and we handle seat changes for you during the year. Contact sales and we will set it up.

A recurring plan renews automatically until you cancel. A one-time payment covers your class for the semester or year you chose and then simply ends, with no auto-renewal and no further charges. We email you before it ends so you can renew in time.

Yes. Pick your seats and a 6-month or yearly term, click "Pay by invoice or purchase order", and add your PO number and school name so they appear on the invoice. We email you an invoice due in 30 days, payable by bank transfer or card, and access starts as soon as it is paid. For PayPal, contact our sales team.

The price per seat drops as your class grows. Pick the number of students on the slider and the total shown is exactly what you pay. Yearly billing saves 50% and 6-month billing saves 33% compared to monthly.
