Parentheses on Both Sides

This chapter has four challenges, and each one uses ideas from several earlier chapters. The first equation has a bracket to open and x on both sides. Distribute to open the bracket, gather the x terms on one side, gather the numbers on the other side, then divide by the coefficient of x.
