Challenge

A hand warmer holds iron powder. When its packet is opened, the iron reacts with oxygen from the air and the warmer heats up. For the amount in one warmer the reaction gives out 820 kJ820\ \mathrm{kJ}, and its hump reaches 100 kJ100\ \mathrm{kJ} above the reactants. Say what kind of reaction it is and draw its diagram.
