Candy Bars

Challenge
MediumYour aunt wants to give you and your brother candy. She has two packages with A and B numbers of candy bars inside the packages. She wants to split them equally, if they can't be divided she will eat some, but she also wants to give you as many candy bars as she can.
For every candy bar you will get you will solve 5 coding problems on the Coddy website.
Write a function named codingProblems that will calculate how many coding problems you will solve.
