Has Edge
Lesson 6 of 14 in Coddy's Graphs - Data Structures Series #9 course.
The simplest question to ask a graph is "are these two vertices connected?". With our adjacency list, the answer is one map lookup plus a list scan: look up u's neighbors and check whether v is in that list.
If u is not even in the graph, there is no list to scan, so return false. Because addEdge wired the connection in both directions, you only need to check one side: if v is in u's neighbors then by construction u is in v's.
Now write it.
Challenge
EasyAdd a method hasEdge to the Graph class.
It takes two integers u and v and returns true if there is an edge between them, false otherwise.
If u is not in vertices, return false. Otherwise return whether v is in u's neighbor list.
Try it yourself
#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdlib.h>
#include <string.h>
#include "graph.h"

int ai = *(const int*)a, bi = *(const int*)b;
return (ai > bi) - (ai < bi);
}
int main() {
Graph g;
Graph_init(&g);
char line[1024];
while (fgets(line, sizeof(line), stdin)) {
line[strcspn(line, "\r\n")] = '\0';
char* cmd = strtok(line, " \t");
if (!cmd) continue;
