Final: A Cubic Expression
Part of the Expressions & Data section of Coddy's Pre-Algebra journey. Lesson 49 of 52.
This problem gives an expression with a cube in it and a negative value for x. Put the value in place of every x, inside brackets so its sign stays attached, then follow the order of operations down to one number.
Challenge
Evaluate 2x^3 + 5x when x is -3. Call the value v: write v equal to the expression with -3 in place of x, then work it down to one number.
