連絡先を削除

簡単選択肢 4 を処理し、連絡先を削除します。前の手順で書いた内容はすべて残してください。
delete_contact(contact_book: Dictionary) を書きます。名前を読み取ります。その名前が contact_book に含まれている場合、その連絡先を削除して、次を出力します。
Contact deleted successfully!それ以外の場合は Contact not found! を出力します。
ループに "4" を対象とする elif 分岐を追加し、delete_contact(contact_book) を呼び出します。
