Health Bars
Lesson 15 of 18 in Coddy's Roblox Game: Tower Defense course.
Every enemy carries a BillboardGui, HealthBar: a GUI that floats above a part and always faces the camera. Inside it a dark Back frame holds a green Fill.
The fill's width is the share of health left. UDim2.fromScale(x, 1) sizes a frame as a fraction of its parent, so health over MaxHealth is exactly that width:
fill.Size = UDim2.fromScale(health / humanoid.MaxHealth, 1)A Humanoid's HealthChanged event passes the new health, so the bar can follow it.
Challenge
MediumIn spawnEnemy, connect the Humanoid's HealthChanged so the bar's Fill is as wide as the share of health left.
Press Play, then Check.
