Levels on a Scale

A score places a text on a scale you define. You list the levels from lowest to highest; the answer is the number of the level, starting at 0.

Levels need meaning. For Absolutely love this kettle, I've already bought one for my sister., with levels 1 star to 5 stars:

0 1 star   ████████████████████  99%
1 2 stars  ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░   1%
2 3 stars  ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░   0%
3 4 stars  ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░   0%
4 5 stars  ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░   0%

With levels that describe the feeling, from hates it: wants a refund to loves it: would recommend it:

0 hates it: wants a refund      ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░   0%
1 disappointed                  ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░   0%
2 happy with it                 ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░   0%
3 loves it: would recommend it  ████████████████████ 100%

Labels like stars or numbers mean nothing on their own. Describe what each level looks like in the text.
