Reading the Answer

Every choice comes back as the picked option and a probability for each option. The picked one is simply the biggest. Its probability is the confidence: how much of the 100% the AI gave to its answer.

For I was charged for a parcel that never came.:

The message touches billing and shipping, and the bars show it: the AI is torn. Often one bar takes almost everything instead, and a high bar means the AI committed, not that it is right.

Your code reads the picked option, and can also read the confidence: for example, send a message to a person when no option gets more than 80%.
