One Move, Two Threats

Part of the Tactics section of Coddy's Chess journey. Lesson 7 of 48.

Chapter 1 was about taking what hangs. This chapter is about making things hang. The trick rests on one rule: a player gets exactly one move per turn. Attack one loose piece and they save it; attack two with the same move - a fork - and they must choose.
