Equal Slices
Part of the Angles section of Coddy's Geometry journey. Lesson 24 of 62.
When every angle around the point is equal, the sum becomes a multiplication: n equal slices of x° give nx = 360. Finding one slice is a single division.
Four equal angles around a point satisfy 4y = 360, so each is 90°. Dividing 360° by 6 gives six equal angles of 60°; dividing by 8 gives eight equal angles of 45°.
