EasyTo make the webpage responsive on different screen sizes, you need to add a viewport meta tag inside the <head> section of our HTML document.

Add the following
<meta>tag inside the<head>section:<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">- This tag ensures that the webpage scales properly on different devices.
- Save your changes and test how the page adjusts when resizing the browser window.
