To make the webpage responsive on different screen sizes, you need to add a viewport meta tag inside the <head> section of our HTML document.

Follow the steps below:

Add the following <meta> tag inside the <head> section:

This tag ensures that the webpage scales properly on different devices.
Save your changes and test how the page adjusts when resizing the browser window.
