Recap: Point-Slope

One point and a slope pin a line: y - y1 = m(x - x1), expanded when a clean form is wanted; two points need the slope computed first; flat and vertical lines write themselves. The challenge expands a point-slope equation with a negative slope.
Challenge
A line through (3, -1) with slope -2 satisfies y + 1 = -2(x - 3). Solve for y and multiply everything out.
