Join a class
Open the join link your teacher gave you, or go to coddy.tech/join and type the class code. You need a Coddy account with an email address.

Join with a link or a code
- Open the join link from your teacher, or go to coddy.tech/join and type the Class code.
- Sign in, or create an account with an email address. If you started as a guest, your progress comes with you.
- You'll see "You're in!" and the class name.
Joining a class is done on the website. After that, your class lessons and progress are on your account everywhere.
If it doesn't work
- Invalid or expired link: ask your teacher for a new one.
- "This class is full": ask your teacher for a seat.
- Your teacher invited your email: verify your email first, with the link we sent you.
- "Class links are for students": teacher accounts can't join a class as a student.
In your class
Chapters your teacher assigns appear under Assigned to you, with their due dates. Your teacher can see your progress on the class lessons, and may set Bugsy to hints only or read your Bugsy chats on those lessons.
Leaving a class
There is no leave button. Ask your teacher to remove you.
