Find lost progress
Missing progress almost always means you are signed in to a different account. Try each sign-in method you might have used, and check which one holds your lessons.

Coddy saves your progress on your account as you learn. When it seems to be gone, you are usually signed in to another account.
Why a second account appears
- A different sign-in method or email. Signing in with Google one day and with an email and password another day can create two accounts. Gmail dots count too: j.o.h.n@gmail.com and john@gmail.com are different accounts.
- Apple's "Hide my email". It gives Coddy a private relay address, which is a different email from your usual one.
- Learning as a guest. A guest account lives only in the browser or app that created it. A private window, cleared site data or a new device starts a new guest.
- Logging in from a guest session. If you learned as a guest and then logged in to an existing account, the guest progress stays on the guest account. The two are not merged.
- Facebook on the website, Google or Apple in the app. The app has no Facebook button, so another button can create a new account.
Find the right account
- Open Edit profile to see the email of the account you are in.
- Open Progress to see every course you have started on it.
- If it isn't the right one, log out and log in with each other method you might have used.
- Not sure which email you used? Use Forgot password with each one. A reset email arrives only for an address that has an account.
Once you find it, link your other sign-in methods to it under Social accounts, so every button leads to the same account.
