A page won't load or shows an error

Reload the page first. If it keeps happening, allow cookies and site data for coddy.tech, turn off extensions that block scripts, and try another browser. Sign-in needs cookies.

Updated October 17, 2026

Try these in order

  1. Reload the page. If you see "A new version of Coddy is available", reload to get it.
  2. Allow cookies and site data for coddy.tech. Coddy works with storage blocked, but nothing is remembered after a reload, and signing in doesn't work at all.
  3. Turn off extensions that block scripts or pop-ups for coddy.tech, then reload. Sign-in with Google, Apple or Facebook opens a pop-up.
  4. Try another browser, such as an up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
  5. Check your connection. "We couldn't load this page" usually means the connection dropped. Press Try again.

Messages you may see

  • "Oops! Something went wrong": the error is reported to us automatically. Press Reload Page.
  • "Our servers are under heavy load" when you run code: wait a moment and run it again. A failed run doesn't use energy.
  • "This program exceeded the time limit": your code probably has an endless loop. Check your loop conditions.
  • "Quick security check": see Confirm you are human.
